Make Batches committed in Database view viewable in Web base view

Right now, if I commit a batch in database, I can't view that batch in web base view. A batch made in web base view can be viewed in database, so why can't the reverse be the case. With Database view being slowly replacing by web base, I and others will need to view old batches made in database view in web base.

    This is very important!

    We need to be able view batches created in database view in web view as well.

    Not only view them, but organize the batches in folder. In database view, we have batches organized by year and a general folder is used for creating new batches.
