Delete web view batches and gifts Merged

Batches that are no longer needed remain visible in the web view and cannot be deleted, regardless of their approval status.

Users should be able to delete any batch from the web view, whether it's approved or not, especially if it’s no longer relevant or was created in error.

    Please make this feature a priority!!! These batches pile up and cause a lot of research and frustration!
