For an existing relationship (whether org or individual), allow users to retain the relationship details but modify only the related constituent record. An example would be an organization relationship where the individual is employed. Allow ability to just change the Constituent ID of the related constituent record and retain all other details on the relationship. Currently, you have to add a new org relationship and delete the previous one, and take a screenshot of the details to add back to the new one. This comes up often enough that it would be handy to be able to just replace the Constituent ID of the related constituent and save that change. This would be useful where there are "duplicate" records for orgs for giving purposes or something but there is a specific record that should always be used for employment, as shown below.
