Suggestion for RENXT PUB Format

While I very much appreciate that the RENXT PUBs have a ton of information in them, the current format is simply not optimal. A 90 minute full speed ahead session with no time for the presenters to answer user questions (questions that were nearly never answered in Q&A and answers weren't visible to everyone in the PUB for the May PUB), is overwhelming and exhausting and it makes it very hard to get the clarification a lot of us come to these pubs looking for. In addition, because the presentation moved so fast AND you had to monitor the Q&A to even catch if your questions had been answered it was easy to lose some of the presentation while multi-tasking in this way.

I would happily come to 3 different 45 minute RENXT PUBS (a part 1, part 2, and part 3) with 30 minutes of content and 15 minutes for the speakers to address the top questions out loud for the participants. 45 minutes is a reasonable amount of time to spend, especially if it includes addressing our questions, and means it's easier to focus in on the specific portion of the content presented rather than immediately shifting focus to the next critical update.

These PUBs are only going to get more packed as you ramp up the move to the Unified View and the current format just isn't sustainable. I noticed a lot of folks partially hearing what someone said and jumping immediately to worst case scenario interpretation, and I do not believe that was the goal of the Blackbaud team.

Again, I deeply appreciate that the Blackbaud team is keeping us informed. I just really wish the format of the PUBs truly supported us in getting the information we need in a way that we can fully digest it. Please consider adjusting the format in the future to allow for better digestion of these very important updates!

We have to solve for international regions as well as for US. The team broadcasts sessions to US / Canada, UK / Europe, and Australia / Pacific regions. Going from 1 to 3 would mean 9 sessions in one week for the team, with the AUS sessions usually starting about 10 at night and UK sessions about 8 in the morning. It could be a lot. Instead of breaking it up would it help if we added a dedicated Q&A session afterwards?

Multiple RENXT sessions would be great - particularly if there was a note to say what points would be covered in each one (mainly to avoid the first one getting bombarded with questions that might be covered in a later session)

I do love that you put one of the burning questions right up front in the PUB - when will RE dbv be sunsetting. That was super helpful and I suspect reduced the number of questions asked throughout. I was definitely distracted waiting for a question to be answered that I missed that it was answered. Thanks so much for all you are doing!

We recognize that it's a lot for you to put these on. I echo the sentiments already expressed here. I am going to have to go back and rewatch to feel like I might catch what I missed the first time. It's also a huge benefit to us to see what others are already asking and what the responses are.

I agree 100%. It is The information is so important for us to hear, but as Maya said it is extremely difficult to keep up with all the information being thrown at us, especially if we have a questions. After each session I find myself trying to process what I just heard/saw and know that I have not grasped a large portion of the material presented. On top of that, 90 mins is a large window to try to be uninterupted - pretty much impossible. More shorter, more digestable bites would be a wonderful way to receive this important information.
