Give administrators ability to see what trainings other team members have taken.

Blackbaud releases new versions of trainings all the time and we want to better manage and oversee training for our team members, but currently even as an admin I can't see Blackbaud University usage for anyone but myself. If I want to see whether team members are taking courses (like those we ask them to take as part of their onboarding) I have to chase them down and get them to provide me with transcripts and proof of completion. It's also difficult to tell when someone has taken an older version of a course and not a newly released version with new features discussed. It makes overseeing any sort of training or onboarding way more difficult than it needs to be.

    JoAnn is correct - from the chat bubble in BBU you can request a training report. I set mine up a while ago and I get a report every month on the 12 that I download and review.
