When using any operator (equals, between, not equal, etc.), allow us to see ALL the appeals, or funds, etc. similar to what we can do in database view.

In database view, we can use the binoculars to bring up the search screen, and then we can select the Find Now button and it will show us ALL the appeals, or funds, etc., there is even a handy checkbox to filter in or out the inactive.

Web View could really use something like this, not just for appeals, but in many areas of Query where these operators are used. How about having the show all button like used with the 'One of' 'Not one of' operators.
