Being able to edit or delete tags Merged

We have a constituent tagged "No Meeting" and "No Contact", neither of which are true and we don't know how they got there. Unfortunately, we are unable to delete them and now have to manually add this constituent to every mailing list affected by Tags.

    I agree and there is also a confusion using these words as they can be interpreted as solicit codes if someone is unfamiliar with them. Would love to be able to edit these to just add one word in like "not had contact"
