Donor Portal option to generate a 'one off' receipt

Why can’t donors download a PDF of one-off donations they make online through BBMS? It only allows for year-end summaries, so donors have to reach out to us if they want a one-off receipt. Yes they receive a receipt after making a gift, but sometimes those don’t arrive via email, so this feature in the portal would be helpful

      Yes! If it just let them choose a date range instead of locking them into those two options. People are largely comfortable with that stuff these days, so it's not helping/protecting anyone to lock it down the way it is.
