When adding a recurring gift, need option for "Other" gift types like employee payroll.

Employees within our org often opt to have their recurring gifts paid via payroll. Currently, unable to enter these gifts in webview as there are only two options credit card and direct debit.

    We need this option as we import our payroll deductions twice a month but want to show they are recurring monthly donors.

    We do this too, and if this feature is not added in web view we will have to completely restructure our payroll gift process!!
