New Action Prompt

I'm looking for a prompt to create a new action as you complete the previous one. Available in database view under user options - prompt to create new action. We want to help our philanthropy team proactively create next steps with their portfolio.

    Merge this Idea with RENXT-I-5842 - it's the same idea I created 5 years ago... and RENXT-I-501 created in 2016 and RENXT-I-2687 created in 2019. There may be a few others but I'm out of time for today
