Anonymous Gift on Optimized Forms

The new Optimized form on Online Giving does not have an option for a donor to mark thier gift as anonymous. It is on the standard form, but donors would like to use that on the optimized form as well.

    This capability is needed. Option is used frequently on other platform forms by our donors.
