I'm hopeful that the solicit codes will be added to the constituent record very soon. Our Development Offiers won't be able to use NXT until this field is available, because it provides valuable information about how to communicate with their assigned donors and prospects.
We will definitely be bringing over solicit codes. We're working hard on other priorities at this time, but will be doing this piece.
Update- 07/06 We are actively working on this and solicit codes will be available ASAP
@Steph Williams: You should see them now! On a constituent record look at the "Communication Preferences" tile. That's where you'll find a list of any and all solicit codes for a particular constituent.
We need them to track membership (and dates) in Boards and Governing Committees. Even just the basic "Individual Donor" code is the sort of information that must be visible at-a-glance on a constituent's record.
I see this has been marked 'shipped' - when will we see these in NXT?
thanks!
Just curious what ASAP means?
Any Updates on this yet? We really need them for our gift officers!
I would love to see this happen sooner rather than later.
Our individual giving team uses our solicit codes pretty heavily to know who to reach out to and what their preferences are. As an example, while doing thank you calls, they need to know if this person is a "do not call!" or "do not contact!" Some of these people still have phones since the are accurate and needed in some cases, so it is difficult to quickly do calls without the solicit codes visible. One person on the team suggests putting it above or within the constituent summary.
This is vital to us. We track our Board and VIP donors this way - you know, people who should really only be contacted by specific people at specific times.
Any updates on this? I was embarrassed to have to tell my CEO this just now.
Any update on this?
I agree it is almost unusable without this
Our Gift Officers are using NXT but it would be extremely helpful to have the Solicit codes for them in NXT.
