All Blackbaud University Courses Should Be On-Demand
It is very frustrating when a course is cancelled because of low enrollment, particularly when those courses are required for certification. Most users want on-demand video courses, because of their accessibility. Please switch to that format or at least make it an option for all courses.

I agree. Please upload all courses as on-demand (even if its just a recording of a current class). We are in the UK so time slots for courses are even more limited. Most of our team also do not have a whole hour when they can sit down and attend a class, and would rather break it up into pieces or be able to fast forward / rewind.
Even better, as we would be able to direct them to specific times in the video e.g., 'take particular note at 15minutes in.
Seconding this but adding: it would be fine in the immediate future to at least have recordings of the courses that are not on demand yet. Just started using this tool and most of my trainings cannot be scheduled for 1-3 months.
