Add Appeal ID and Fund ID Columns in List Display View

The Appeal ID and Fund ID contain information that the long descriptions does not have. We use the Fund ID to reconcile with Finance. It would be great to be able to export Fund ID and Appeal ID into excel sheet instead of the Long Descriptions for both.
