At present the voluntary fee coverage is automatically ticked and donors have to opt out. This has caused in some instances for donors to miss that tick box and cover those fees when they did not wish to do so. We have received a number of complaints about this. If this tick box could be an opt in rather than an opt out it is giving supporters a more genuine choice rather than causing potential upset and damaging charity and supporter relationships.
