Add relationship panel to relationship records (Non Constituent)

Idea: Add relationship panel to relationship records in web view.

Why: To be able to see why a record exist with having to copy data and use it to search for the parent record.

Thoughts: While doing some cleanup I came to a relationship record in web view and I noticed that from that view I can not tell what record it is related to. I found it odd that a relationship record does not have a relationship panel so you can easily see what it is a related to. I know it is possible to do a search on the data in that record to find the related items but I feel like having to make a second step to figure out why this record exist seems counter intuitive.

    Yes! Whole point is to be able to trace back to the donor, so not having this panel defeats the purpose. It would also be an easy change for them to make - in some ways, we should have the freedom to add and remove panels from the page layout - not just rearrange what they've decided we need
