NXT does not match constituents that have the same first name, email address and mailing address to those already in the database. There is no way to fix this in the NXT batch before committing the batch. We have to commit the batch, go to database, find the constituent ID's for the existing constituent and the "new" - move the gift/event then delete the incorrect "new" record. This is causing ALOT of extra work. At least in the database view, there exists the ability to correct this BEFORE committing the batch!
