Add an "if, then" option in Workflow Designer

Annual Giving professional. I'd like to be able to set up a Workflow so I can follow up based on responses to appeals. Eg: if we receive a gift from the solicitation, then the donor receives action A; If we don't, then the constituent receives action B.

    Like condition > action is complete > Yes/No

    Workflow is a great tool but just so limited

    This is desperately needed if Workflows are to be properly utilized. It's nice that we can trigger next actions, but we need to be able to designate what those next actions are based on outcome of the initial action - it's not always the same.

    YES! I had this functionality in NEON CRM workflows and it is a MUST HAVE!
