For some groups of donors, I would like to add an annual plan workflow;
on January 3 - Happy New Year
April - Happy spring stewardship touch
August - gearing up for autumn
November - tis the giving season
Rather than determining the number of weeks or months between actions, I would fantastic to be able to set a date for an action that would be applied to groupings!
I agree! This would be super helpful for a Monthly Donor Stewardship Plan. My organization could plan out specific emails to go out to our monthly donors each specific month and automate that process rather than storing the info. in a spreadsheet.
