Add an Archive Option for cleaning up the database

At my organization, the database is so outdated due to staff changes and re-orgs, it hasn't been updated in years. Rather than make a global delete, it would be awesome to "archive" old entries/inactive donors/lapsed donors and be able to start with a "new" working list. For example, we probably have 25,000 Cs listed in our database but only regularly engage in 1K. It would be so much easier to just archive the 24K rather than delate them all. I know BB charges based on the amount of data used, therefore we are close to the tipping point to move to the next tier payment level, but for reporting, it would make things much easier rathe rather always running Queries to get rid of those we don't need to pop up.
