It would be helpful if there was a gatekeeping mechanism, similar to NetCommunity, that would allow staff to review newly entered information before the system actually creates a new record. If there is an exact match on a donation form or an event registration, then the system matching works fine, but if someone uses a nickname or has a new email, there is no match. Then a new record is created adding to our record count. The process of merging and deleting duplicates is not working for our organization.

In the alternative, if you could create more categories for the system to check for matches, such as Constituent ID, that would also be extremely helpful.
