Right now, the PDF gift receipting only includes head of household as the addressee and salutation. I would like to specify the default from our addressee/salutation types so that the header to use our primary addressee and the salutation uses our formal salutation type.

Since all gifts are logged on the primary contact/head of household but sometimes gifts were submitted by the spouse in the relationship record, it is extra strange to only address the receipt to the other spouse.

I know that this is along the lines of the multiple general requests for customizable PDF receipts, so please merge it if one of those requests includes this specific customization.
