Donation forms should have the option for hidden gift custom fields

We have certain donation forms that all gifts need multiple custom fields added for. It would be great if we didn't need to do this manually after approving the gifts.

Allow for custom gift attributes to added to hidden fields Merged

Currently we have the ability to add a Campaign and Appeal to a donation form which the donor doesn't see. It would be great if we could also pass other information in this section to a custom gift attribute.
