Adding benefits is a basic gift processing function and I am surprised this feature is not present in RENXT Gift Management. We currently have to approve gifts that come in through an RENXT form in RENXT, then go into database view to add the benefits, creating extra work that has to be done in two different places. There should be the ability to add benefits before the gift is approved.
