Remove automatic soft credit to deceased constituent from surviving spouse

In DB view, there is a business rule available which removes the automatic soft credit from the surviving spouse when a constituent is marked as deceased. This is not available in web view, so constituents marked as deceased in web view still receive an automatic soft credit when their surviving spouse gives a gift.

    Just want to add another vote for this to my own ideas bank suggestion from 2 years ago because I thought of it again today as I do the regular maintenance to fix this issue in our database.
