Provide a history log showing recent changes to a record and who made them

Currently we can only see when the record was last changed, and by whom - but it does not show what specific changes were made (or at least what section was changed - e.g., contact info, solicitation codes). It would be helpful for staff to see this information as multiple people are often editing the same records, which sometimes raises questions

    This is so important for the DBA to see changes to a record looking for root cause analysis problems.

    I absolutely agree, I changed phone numbers type in bulk and now we can't see when these numbers were actually changed/added rather than their type changed

    I agree! I do a lot of global changes, so most records default to me and I can't see who changed what when!
