Sometimes things happen. We need the freedom to decide what is best for our database and not have our hands tied to what you think is best. We pay enough for the program, we should not be told how to use it too.

This is such a huge gap - what about duplicates? What about new employees (like myself who made a mistake and now have no way to fix it)? And I DID go through extensive e-learning, this was not mentioned at all.
I completely agree with this. Being very new to Raiser's Edge in general and not really knowing how things work yet, it would be nice to have this freedom and correct mistakes, even if it means deleting a gift. Not everyone is fortunate enough to go through the bunch of eLearning and ILT courses beforehand.
