Allow Fundraiser Credit for Gift Constituent
In Gift Management when adding a gift or gift batch, if a constituent is also the fundraiser, I am unable to give them fundraising credit like I can do in the DB. I get the following error: "You cannot give fundraiser credit to the gift's constituent for the gift."
Many of our fundraisers make donations and we would like to properly credit them. Hoping to transition to NXT batching but will be unable to switch from DB if we don't have this ability.

To be honest, I don't see any reason why this limitation was implemented. Again, if it was being used in DBV, why take it away just because?
This is an absolute must for us! All of our parishes are set up as fundraisers - many times people give an anonymous cash donation to the parish and the parish cuts us a check. All of our reports are based on fundraisers so we know how much each parish raised. If we cannot credit the parish as a fundraiser simply because we are putting a gift on that parish record, we cannot enter those in using Webview. This will prevent us from using Webview.
