Right now when on the work center overview page, in the actions box, the "past due" actions number reflects all past due actions on my portfolio. This includes ones that "will not be completed" and "not yet completed" I'm not sure if that is unique to my institution but it would be great if; 1, the actions marked "will not be completed" were not reflected in that number. Because essentially that action is done. It was intended to be done at a certain time by someone but it wasn't. And that time has passed to the point where it's been marked as such. And 2. I would like to only see actions reflected in that number that pertain to me. Right now it reflects all past due actions on my portfolio from other fundraisers for years and years.
So basically that big red number bugs me when it's not my fault! HA
Yes, agree! This data also includes current actions assigned to other fundraisers who are working in partnership with the primary fundraiser. This data appears to be based on portfolio assignment and not on action assignment. There should be filters available in this space.
I agree to the part about Actions Due or Actions Completed to be shown for the portfolio fundraiser, not other fundraisers, administrators, marketing, etc.
