Ability To Mark Donation Form As Inactive In RENXT Merged

I created our first RENXT donation form for Giving Tuesday 2022 and I "assumed" that I would be able to mark it as inactive once Giving Tuesday was over. I was wrong and told by support the only thing to do is delete the form, which I regrettably did -now when I look at the donation form summary that name no longer appears. Again, bad on me because I thought the name would still be associated with the statistics. I wish RENXT would have the same capabilities as database view. Very frustrating, especially for new RENXT users.

    Thank you for your idea, Melissa. I ran into the same thing and I suggested the same thoughts yesterday not knowing that you had this idea posted already. My additional thought would be to set up Donor Forms in NXT the same way that the Event Forms are...where you can set an expiration date/time for the form. Thanks Melissa!
