Allow "gift in lieu of attendance" option on event registration page Merged

As is standard with a printed, mailed invite's reply card, it would be great to allow supporters to make a gift (in any amount) in lieu of attendance/ticket purchase on the event registration page.

    It would be great if the form allowed for the option to not purchase the tickets but only make a donation. Our workaround right now is to create another form and have 2 separare links on our event landing site for purchase tickets or make a contribution.

    Other databases that I have worked in the past allowed for the option in only make a donation on the ticketed event form.
