Add Campaign, Appeal, and Package to Donation Form Designer Merged

If we can designate Fund in Donation Form Designer, why can't we also pre-designate Campaign, Appeal, and Package? This would make it so much easier to create custom forms for giving segments instead of having to do it donor by donor in the batch later on.

    Appeal is already available to be set on the donation form designer, under the "Hidden Fields" section. I've included a screenshot below.

    Campaign is on our roadmap and we are further evaluating package. I will amend your Idea title and merge it with another idea that exists around campaign.
