Add a multi-year donation option to Donation Form Designer Merged

It would be great if we could add "multi-year donation" as an option on Donation Form Designer. Currently we can only add "one-time donation" and "recurring donation" on the form. Many of our online donors like to make multi-year donations (i.e. 5-year pledge) to join our giving societies.

    Add pledge capability and option for donor to pick number of payments.

    On the next release of donation form designer, please add a pledge option (not just perpetual recurring.) This way a donor can denote a payment amount and number of payments.
