When people email in to say they wish to book in for event, they usually use their preferred name but NXT doesn't allow you to search by preferred name. If John Smith emails you, you have to either look him up in the back end and see that he is John Michael David Smith and enter that, or search by all the Smiths, of which there might be many. If they are using their preferred name it gets even more difficult. This is time consuming and unnecessary.
