Mark Committed as the Default "Filter"

It would be great for our org to mark "Committed Revenue" as the default, so that each user doesn't need to do this on different screens as they customize SKY Reporting to their liking.

    The capability to set the filter to default to "committed" for end users would be great to ensure that everyone is reporting on the same values. A user option that the administrator could set would be helpful.
