Add dots to map for records outside radius
When viewing a radius on a list, show any records that exist just outside the inputted radius. This will lead to manual adjustments for those particular list builds, and prevent records a few miles from the criteria from being omitted.

This came up in a training session with Henry Weincek. Commenting here at his suggestion. Intent is to make sure we capture anyone who the radius may have missed by a small margin.
