Kaylee Long - if you review the comments section you'll see that while dashboard sharing in report builer has been available for quite some time, users would prefer to be able to share the canned dashboards provided by blackbaud, as well. Being able to share canned dashboards is an important feature currently missing from the platform and I feel it's still needed.

This would be huge. It's so hard to use this feature without being able to share it. Even though you can schedule it to be emailed out as a PDF .... if there are any areas where you need to scroll to see all info, that capability is taken away once it's made into a PDF

Hi everyone. As mentioned in a prior comment, sharing dashboards with other users is available in the Dashboard Builder experience. I realize that this may have not solved the entire or specific need here, so in an effort to make sure all Ideas are in a accurate status, I am going to flip this back to Voting Open. Please continue commenting and voting on this idea if it is still needed for your organization. On the flip side, if the Dashboard Builder has solved this need for you, please let me know! If enough people have found value with that new feature, then we could mark this as Shipped.

When RE Dashboards are shareable, why would you create a situation in NXT that did not mimic the original product? That is not progress, but degression!

Please make sure the sharing functionality is not just for Analyze >Report Builder Tab but the Fundraising>Reporting Tab too!!!

Blake, sharing custom dashboards, like Lists, is terrific, but we need the ability to share the "canned" or standard ones like Overview and Opportunities, for example. To use these dashboards as standard replacements for previous internal organization reports, we need to ensure the filters are set exactly the same for all users and need to be able to set those parameters for them -- like we can with Lists, custom dashboards, and most of the output tools in RE 7/db view. There's obviously much more on a canned dashboard than anyone wants to or even can (re-) create in a custom dashboard. Thanks!

Will there ever be an email function for the Dashboard Builder? And/Or the ability to export them to PDF?

Sharing dashboards with other users is available in our Dashboard Builder experience, which is currently rolling out to our customers. We are getting close to General Availability (GA). I just wanted to let customers following or voting on this idea know.

We'll keep this idea as planned till Dashboard Builder is GA.

Any update on this? Seems even more relevant now with ability to create dashboards.
