Create a list in web view to show all constituents with attachments

Attachments created in web view do not show in database view, therefore cannot be queried on. It would be very helpful to find out which constituents have attachments in web view via lists. If a document is saved in web view as an attachment, the only way to find out the document exists is if you come across it "organically" or your fundraiser mentions to you. In times where Microsoft Office integration is ending, implementing such a list would be very helpful.

This is critical for us as well. We use NXT attachments for our campaign forms. But I want to be able to query on those that have something attached so I can make sure we have the correct status assigned to their opportunity! I don't need to see the attachment, just know it is attached and search based on tag associated with the attachment.

We need this to help with merge record cleanup!

Absolutely! I completely agree. It is a major problem that all attachments added in Web view are effectively unfindable, since they don't show up in Database View and can't be searched for in Web view. This would be a much more useful, powerful feature if you could run a list for all constituents with attachments, or all constituents with an attachment with a particular Tag, or even constituents with Attachments with a particular string in the filename. This is a huge issue!

ALSO, would love to be able to create a List of everyone with, say, a picture of their donor plaque attached.

Additionally, we need the file type to be identified. There's no way to tell if something is a word doc, excel file, or pdf, etc unless you open up each media file in database view, or each constituent record attachment box in NXT. It needs to be listed/filter-able. If we're losing access to all of our integrated office files, we need to be able to identify and download them.
