Enable attachments to be added to database view when inserted in web view.

As a admin, I spend almost 95% of my time in database view. I do not want to waste my time having to check web view for attachments that were inserted in web view by other users.

    Hi community!

    we need to join forces to push Blackbaud to create a better way of finding attachments in web view. I created basically the same idea and I'm hoping I can count on your vote. I-4889

    Agreed. This is a fundamental flaw in web view and serious risk to data loss (in the event for an NXT reset). This shouldn't have to go to the New Ideas bank, it should be a fix to a glaring problem.

    This is the sort of half done job that is seriously going to question whether we carry on using web view in its current state or not.
