Right now if a constituent registers for an event through NXT they have to use the exact name and email we have in our database otherwise NXT automatically creates a new record. Events in OLX allow us to manually check records and link registrants to an existing record first. We have multiple constituents who change their name or email address and don't inform us until they register for an event using their new name and email. It would be a lot easier if there were more data points used when mapping constituents, or have the ability to manually check and link records like we do in OLX events.
