Add Semi-Annual Frequency to NXT Donation Forms

We receive semi-annual/bi-annual recurring gifts (every 6 months) for our giving club. We can't use the current NXT form because it does not have this frequency option.

    We have just launched an Annual Giving Campaign, encouraging annual donations and it would be ideal to have an option to give annually.

    If it is an option in RE it should be an option on the form. Common sense.
