Assign different default constituent codes to different forms

Currently, you can only assign one default constituent code, appeal, etc to an Online Donation Form. However, some of us need to be able to separate out different types of constituents based on our campaigns and focus. It would be really helpful to be able to have different "default" options, or multiple options.

I have an issue with online data review/constituent codes. When we have a new constituent coming in through RENXT donation forms it assigns the default constituent code. I change it to the correct constituent code and add a secondary constituent code. Once approved, the secondary constituent code is always listed first. This is an issue because we are a national organization that uses primary constituent codes for reporting for each center. There needs to be a choice for primary and secondary constituent codes. It should be a simple fix on Blackbaud's end.

The option to apply the constituent code for just new donors (those that don't have a match) or ALL donors using that form would be a great.

I have circumstances that both would apply. It would be best to be able to select the action.

A question for voters of this idea - if we were to add a way to set a constituent code on the form level, would you want that constituent code written to only new constituent records created through the form (ie new donors?) Or would you want it added to ALL donors - new and matched - that come in through the specific form where that constituent code is set?

We are looking into adding this as a hidden field at the form level, and it would act as an "override" if any constituent code is set in Settings-->Tools (essentially the Settings constituent code would serve as a default and the form level as an override.) Today, the default in Settings is only applied to new records.

Any info from voters would be helpful as we design a possible future feature for this!
