Much of our team has limited access to what they can change in a records. So, a small group of us make the majority of the updates. We need to monitor and track those requests. It would be great if a gift officer could flag an address that needs to be updated, for example, in NXT, so that an Advancement Services person would fix it, also in NXT without having to use a separate tracking program. Ideally, someone could mark a record for an update, and tell us what needs to be changed in one single program, on one single screen.
