Filter Opportunities by Ask Amount, not just ask date

It would be very helpful to be able to sort Opportunities by "Ask Amount", as well as other criteria.  At the moment, you can only sort them by "Ask Date".

    Same with the preview tile in a constituent window - it sorts by date added, not ask date, so if I need to enter a proposal retroactively, it sits at the top of my list which just isn't helpful.
