Exclude "Not Valid Addresses" when pulling mailing list in RE NXT

When we are doing a mailing for a specific area, we need to pull a list of constituents that have valid addresses. We have to pay for the returns and it gets expensive when we have already marked the address as not valid.

    Blackbaud, please do something about this. This serious issue/obsticle has gone unaddressed for far too long now.
