Ability to export list of Units Sold

In NXT you can see the number of each unit sold in the "Fees" section of the event page. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to export that information to share with others on the team. Not everyone needs to see the full list of participants, but being able to easily review how many sponsors and patrons have given at each level would be game-changing.

It's essential to see the registration fee unit in the list of participants and be able to use it as a filter and export it. For example, while we run hybrid events, I have separate fees set up for in-person and virtual. That data is there on the individual participant record, but it's not available in the list of participants. Also, I can see the breakdown of # of in-person vs. # of virtual in the fees box, but I cannot see who has signed up for each. Depending on their ticket, or fee, they need different communication from us.

    Thanks, Samantha!

This was actually brought up in my original chat about this. (That and screenshotting everything to email.) Those are definitely work arounds, but not super great for us. We have SharePoint folders for each of our events, and we like to house information there so its easy to find and look back on and make comments on for everyone to see. Everything is a living document until the event is over and we've sent out our thank yous and reported to the board. For our last big event, I was doing this via a database export and cleaning up for everyone. Would just be helpful to have that quick an easy export in NXT.

    Thanks again!

    Noelle,

Just a comment on this as we were discussing this today. Do others that need to see the "Units sold" all have Webview access? You could give them access to "View" Events, and not give them access to "Participants" through the security options available in Webview. This would allow them to see the Event record itself, but not be able to work with any of the data, and they would not be able to access the Participant list.

Just a thought for a potential workaround. Let me know your thoughts on it. Thanks!
