I am not a database person, but a program officer at a nonprofit. I'm trying to use NXT to manage and communicate with the people I trained. I need a way to export participant information from a participation list in NXT- to include an Output section where you are able to select which specific information you would like to export from that constituents (participants) record. Ex. phone number, home address, email address etc.
Our program folks have asked for this as well. They want to be able to see address info while "working w/ participants" and export that information in one spreadsheet w/ all relevant event fields. Creating a new constituent list is not helpful bc this list does NOT contain the event specific information

This is achievable if, from the event participant list, you filter your list and then select to "Create constituent list." This will create a constituent list in Lists. The constituent summary field includes address/phone/email fields and you can then export that list.
Are you looking for more granularity to only include specific contact fields, or does this work for your needs?
