Recurring gifts - give donors the ability to choose their FIRST payment date

For recurring gifts in RENXT, the first gift is automatically processed at the time of gift: "Your first gift will process today. Your next gift will process on x/x/xxxx." It would be good if the donors could change that to the date of their choice.
