Transfer ALL information (action, notes, attributes, and media) from deceased record to spouse new record

When you mark a constituent record deceased and they have a surviving spouse, right now the system builds a record new record and brings over gift information. It would be great to have ALL information transferred over such as any Actions, Notes, Media, and Attribute information
