Default print organization name with address when adding contacts in NXT

Contacts added from NXT/Web view are coming to RE7/Database view without the "Print organization name with address" box checked. There is not an option to select this when adding contacts in the web view. It is necessary to have the option available or default the box to checked. If this option is not checked the org name does not pull in mailings such as, Acknowledgment Letters. Thank you for your consideration!

Absolutely necessary and a big issue. As Tiffany said, it's a basic functionality.

It's insane we have to even vote on this - it's a base functionality for proper letters.

Yes, PLEASE make an option on NXT to allow to "Print organization name with address" for relationships/contacts. This is a big issue.

This has been a MAJOR issue over the past year as we've transitioned most constituent adds and updates to WV. Communications and CAO don't understand why it takes me so long to compile an updated mailing list and it is damaging my reputation. THIS. This is why. Either I have to manually look up and add contact names to the CSV for all the most recently updated organizations or go into EVERY listed organization record in DBV, review the contacts, and update the relationship checkmark there. This is especially cumbersome when dealing with Orgs that we need to send to multiple contacts to avoid hurting feelings on invitations, etc.... or opt to send to no specific contact in which case it will just be thrown in the trash in many cases. Please prioritize features for mailings and proper communications.

Sorry for my language, but this is dumb. I am not going to send something to Joe Smith at 233 South Wacker Drive in Chicago. For those of you who don't know, that's the Sears Tower (some people call it Willis Tower).

Omitting an organization name from a piece of mail being sent to a business located in a skyscraper will guarantee it does not make it to its intended recipient.

Making users check the box for every contact is a terrible user experience. All customers to set this as a default.

This continues to be a major issue for us. We just had a thank you letter returned because it was addressed to an individual at their organization address, but didn't show the name of the organization or their title. It was returned as undeliverable as addressed. It's impossible to catch every single new org relationship created in NXT and remember to go into DB view to check this box off. Please fix this.

This is a serious flaw in the current logic. This is a prime example of why people are hesitant to move to web view to do anything - the need to flip over to dbv to check one box is such an incredible waste of time. Please fix this.

YES! This is wreaking havoc with our Acknowledgment Letters, too. Not only does it make USPS delivery almost impossible, the letter makes it look like the Contact has made the donation rather than the Organization. Our policy is to have this box checked on all Org Contacts so having it set as a default is a must for us!
